At Caucasus Collection, we carefully select and offer unique products inspired by Caucasus culture, craftsmanship, heritage, and timeless design.

Our collection may include handmade products, artisan pieces, designer-created products, accessories, jewelry, bags, home décor, and other carefully selected items. Because our products may be created by different artisans, designers, or makers, product characteristics and production methods may vary from one item to another.

This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, exchanges, defective products, and personalized orders are handled.

1. Your Right to Withdraw

For consumer purchases made online where EU consumer protection rules apply, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

The withdrawal right applies subject to the legal exceptions described below.

2. Handmade Products

Many Caucasus Collection products may be handmade or artisan-crafted.

Because handmade products are created individually or in small batches, natural variations may occur in:

• Color

• Texture

• Pattern

• Shape

• Finish

• Material appearance

• Small decorative details

These characteristics may be part of the nature and character of a handmade product and are not necessarily considered defects when they are consistent with the product description and photographs.

However, handmade status does not by itself remove your statutory consumer rights or applicable right of withdrawal.

3. Designer and Artisan Products

Some products offered through Caucasus Collection may be created by independent designers, artisans, makers, or other creative partners.

The specific production method, materials, dimensions, and characteristics may vary depending on the individual product.

Please carefully review the product description, specifications, photographs, measurements, and other information provided on the relevant product page before placing an order.

4. Customized and Personalized Products

Certain products may be available with customization or personalization options.

Where a product is made specifically according to your individual specifications or clearly personalized for you, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal may not apply where the applicable legal exception applies.

Examples may include products:

• Made to specific customer measurements

• Created with a customer’s requested design

• Personalized with a name, initials, text, or other individual details

• Specifically produced according to the customer’s instructions

The applicable return conditions for customized or personalized products will be communicated on the relevant product page or during the ordering process where appropriate.

This exclusion does not affect your statutory rights if the customized or personalized product is defective or does not conform to the agreement.

5. Ready-to-Order Products

Products that are handmade or designer-created but are not specifically customized or personalized for an individual customer may still be subject to the applicable statutory right of withdrawal.

Handmade or designer status alone does not automatically make a product non-returnable.

6. Condition of Returned Products

When exercising a valid right of withdrawal, please take reasonable care of the product.

Where applicable, returned products should be:

• In their original condition

• Complete with included accessories

• Returned with original packaging where reasonably possible

• Free from unnecessary damage or excessive use

You may inspect a product as you would reasonably be able to do in a physical store.

If a product has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functionality, you may be responsible for any resulting reduction in value where permitted by applicable law.

7. Return Shipping Costs

If you exercise the statutory right of withdrawal, you are generally responsible for the direct cost of returning the product unless:

• We have agreed to pay the return costs; or

• Applicable law requires us to pay them.

We will provide return instructions after receiving your return request.

For defective, damaged, incorrect, or non-conforming products, return costs will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.

8. Refunds

When you validly withdraw from a purchase, we will refund the payments received from you in accordance with applicable law.

Where required, the refund includes the standard delivery cost originally paid. Additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery option may not be refundable where permitted by law.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned product or you provide evidence that the product has been sent back, whichever occurs first, where permitted by applicable law.

Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

9. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives:

• Damaged

• Defective

• Incomplete

• Incorrect

• Significantly different from the product description

10. Products Shipped From Azerbaijan

Caucasus Collection OÜ is registered in Estonia.

Depending on the individual product, availability, and fulfillment arrangements, an order may be dispatched from Azerbaijan or another location.

The dispatch location may therefore vary between products.

This does not by itself change the applicable contractual relationship between the customer and Caucasus Collection OÜ or remove mandatory consumer rights that apply to the purchase.

11. Customs Duties and Import Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, clearance charges, or other fees may apply depending on the destination country and the shipping arrangement.

Where applicable, such charges may be collected by customs authorities, carriers, or other relevant parties.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable import requirements of their destination country before ordering where relevant.

Specific information about shipping charges, duties, and taxes may also be provided during checkout or on the relevant product or shipping information pages.

12. Returns From Outside Estonia

If a customer returns a product from another country, the customer may need to comply with the applicable postal, shipping, customs, and import requirements for returning the goods.

We will provide appropriate return instructions after receiving a valid return request.

Please do not send a return to an address other than the address provided by our customer service team.

For customized or personalized products, an exchange may not be possible unless otherwise agreed.
