12. Shipping and Delivery

Products may be dispatched from Estonia, Azerbaijan, or another location, depending on the individual product, availability, artisan, designer, supplier, or fulfillment arrangement.

Processing and delivery times may therefore vary between products.

Estimated delivery information will be provided on the product page, during checkout, or in the order confirmation where applicable.

For EU consumer purchases, where no other delivery period has been agreed, applicable law generally requires delivery within 30 days.

13. Customs and International Orders

International orders may be subject to:

These charges depend on the laws of the destination country.

15. Customized and Personalized Products

The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to products made according to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized for the customer where the applicable legal exception applies.
